The Specs:

FamilySoft is a 32-bit Windows™ application that will operate on any PC-based computer running a Windows™ 98 or newer operating system.
Windows XP recommended.

Minimum requirements:
- Pentium II 300 Mhz processor (450 Mhz or higher recommended)
- 64 MB of RAM (128 MB or more recommended)
- Windows™ 98/NT/2000/XP
FamilySoft installs automatically and creates a simple "point and click" icon to start the program.
FamilySoft also uses regular Windows™ print functionality.

Recommended Monitor:
- 17" or larger SVGA Monitor
- Minimum Screen Resolution: 800 x 600
- (1024 x 768 recommended)
- Minimum Color Display: True Color (16 Bit)

While there are other programs on the market that claim to have all of the features of FamilySoft, and may offer Windows functionality, be assured that they are stripped-down, and lack many of the features of FamilySoft™.
